Lining Materials Encompass
- Poly propylene for temperatures ranging (00C to +900C).
- PVDF (Kynar) for temperatures ranging (-500C to +1400C).
- ECTFE (Halar) for temperatures ranging (-500C to +1500C).
- FEP for temperatures ranging (-500C to + 2200C).
- PFA for temperatures ranging (-60C to +2600C).
Process Equipment with Bonded Fluoropolymer systems can take full vacuum at temperatures from ambient up to +800C max. At atmospheric and higher positive pressures, the bonded fluoropolymer systems can accept upto +1400C max., depending upon the corrosive Chemical Environment and the bond strength of the adhesive used for bonding. For higher process temperature requirements, Pennwalt carries out Fabrications of Process Equipment with Solid Fluoropolymers.
Pennwalt Private Limited is also equipped with a high-tech Solvent Venting Oven for application of solvent based fluoro-polymer dispersion coatings to process equipment.
Solid Fabrications of process equipment, pipes and fittings with corrosion resistant fluoro-plastics are also carried out by Pennwalt Private Limited with:

to withstand the severe corrosive influences of wide-ranging chemicals, halogens, acids, alkalies and organic compounds at higher process temperatures upto +2200C max.
